Pros: There isn't anything that I didn't like. The shuttle service back and forth to the airport was quick and comfortable. The room was extremely neat and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The food was great, all of the staff, and especially Jasmine who helped me put together a special event, went above and beyond attending to all my needs and the needs of the guests that met me for dinner. The Sunday brunch was a wonderful change, and everyone there was very attentive. There aren't enough stars in the rating for this!

Pros: The location was really fantastic, and the available shuttle services made it very easy to get in and out of LaGuardia airport. Really a good deal for the money, considering the rates in the area.

Pros: Very nice, newly renovated hotel. Everything feels very modern and their staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The location of the hotel is both a positive and a negative. Very handy to the airport with a shuttle but inconvenient if you want to try to head towards midtown. The hotel does their best, however, to accommodate you in this respect.

Cons: Front desk and management were rude and not helpful. Our room was not ready by our 630 pm arrival and we were told to wait. After no room by 7 pm an argument ensued with no kindness. After several requested to speak to management....no one came to speak with us to learn of our concerns. Aside from a very kind and competent bartender the stay was not pleasant.

Cons: There was no bottled water available in the room nor was it available in any of the vending machines parked at each floor. The hotel shop what presumably carried closed two hours before published time outside the shop. Finally I had to purchase expensive water from the hotel bar.

Pros: I was surprised that the hotel had looked ahead and arrange for transportation to the US Open for its guests. I did not get to use the pool or health club, but look forward to using then the next time. We could walk to the airport!

Cons: I cancelled my hotel more than 48 hours in advance. After I cancelled it, I saw that they had a no cancellation policy. Since they would not refund my money, I asked them to reinstate my room. They refused to reinstate it and so I had to book accommodations at a different hotel. So basically they took my money and refused to give me a room.

Pros: The pool and spa area was old, but served its purpose. Great breakfast dining area, but the buffet area was so packed in the morning, I couldn't squeeze in just to grab a scone.
Cons: Super loud. They put our family of 3 (with a 3 yr old) directly across the hall from some sort of male adult gathering. Doors closing/slamming all night. Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night and woke me up. Way too much activity - the staff never should have put us on the same floor and in the same vicinity as the group on our end of the hall.

Cons: This isn't really the hotel's fault, but the shuttle was MIA. Make sure to call from the airport when looking for transport. This was a pretty bad time for the weather so it may not be a problem normally.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay here and found the staff especially helpful. We arrived with only an hour to get to an appointment in Hempstead, and the personnel at the front desk located a towncar, provided the estimated cost, and got us to our destination with time to spare. The room at the hotel was spacious and comfortable, and the shuttle driver was friendly and helped us with our bags. Because I was on crutches, I very much appreciated the extra care and assistance!
