Cons (-) Parking not i life’s whe. I paid almost 400 for my room. Toilet overflow late at night was not cool.
Pros (+) The hotel is very clean, had friendly staff and is centrally located to the train station, highway and for walking to see the city. The attached mall, Providence Place, has a good selection of stores and restaurants for all budgets.
Cons (-) Having to join the hotel loyalty club to obtain free wifi. Why not make it available as soon as I enter the hotel?
Pros (+) The reception staff was accommodating and, refreshingly, genuine interested in being of service and help to all guests.

Pros (+) We loved the location and consistency in Omni hotels. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very nice restaurants and close to mall with high end stores which I loved. Comfy beds and my 2 kids under 2 loved it as well.
Cons (-) Only occasional chair in room needed to be changed or cleaned as stains on cream shows up unfortunately.

Pros (+) stayed two nights at the hotel for my 21st and Valentine's Day. the hotel is right in downtown providence. easy to walk to places. also enjoyed that the hotel was connected to the providence place mall. my boyfriend and I stayed in a premier room so we had beautiful views of downtown.
Cons (-) We paid extra to get a corner room which we thought would have been bigger than it was. The room next to us had a young child who spent the night screaming from 4am-noon, so we didn't get much sleep the first night. Wifi was expensive as well as parking.
