The hotels impeccable service exceeds every expectation to guarantee guests unlimited amounts of fun and relaxation. A great hotel whether guests are travelling with their family, significant other or friends. Check-out time is at 12 noon, and guests must vacate the property by 1:00 p. m. There will be an additional charge of $20 USD per person per hour for late check-out, payable directly at the reception.

Pros (+) I liked that the hotel is immersed in the jungle and some wild life can be seen roaming the grounds (monkeys, Coatis, cats and birds).
Cons (-) The food is average to bad. The deserts are the worst. Great variety of nothing to write home about.

Pros (+) I liked our room. They actually gave as an upgraded room. From a deluxe to a junior suite.
Cons (-) I did not like the staff. They all seemed overworked and all over the place. They did not know how to communicate. In English... terrible and in Spanish as well. That was definitely disappointing.

Cons (-) This only thing I didn't like about the resort is that the room smelled of mold the entire time and the shampoo (no conditioner) was not good for us at all. The beach, unfortunately, is way too rocky.
