Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, spacious rooms, and enjoyable pool and amenities. However, many reviews highlighted negative experiences with staff and service, including rude or unhelpful behavior, issues with room assignments, and problems with housekeeping. Cleanliness was also a concern for some guests, and several mentioned that the hotel was overpriced for the level of service received. Wonderful
Thomas, Jan 2017
Pros (+) Awesome place to stay with the family. Great staff and facilities. Ski to/from the door of the lodge. Great location in Canyons Village
Cons (-) For some reason they don't leave extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. This small oversight is the only negative and would be SO easy to fix.
