Room was quite and clean, though we can expect a towel but it was fine.
Though it was all good, but when we arrived at reception in mrng of our check-in date, lady at the counter was bit rude, at least she could have talked to us nicely, especially when someone is coming from long journey.

Room was super comfortable and cool. Definitely recommend getting one with private bathroom.
The wifi was spotty throughout our stay. The air conditioner was supposed to be “automatic” and never turned on. Tried talking to hotel staff multiple times and of course the right person to fix it wasn’t there. Other guest complained about the heat too. hotel staff did nothing
