The staff receives positive remarks for being friendly and helpful, and some guests mention good value for the price. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with several reviews citing dirty rooms, lack of daily cleaning, and poorly maintained facilities. Breakfast quality is frequently criticized for being minimal or unsatisfactory. Room size and amenities are also mentioned as drawbacks, with some guests finding the rooms small, outdated, or lacking basic equipment.
