Pros (+) The place was really clean and my room was HUGE. We went to universal studios and came back and crashed out. I loved the breakfast every morning.
Pros (+) Lots of variety and good quality food for free breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well.
Cons (-) Small pool. “Deluxe King” room was quite small. No pullout sofa or room for a rollaway despite that I was allowed to book the room for 3 adults. (We squeezed in a queen size air mattress for my son.) Only one elevator in a busy hotel.
Pros (+) Everything about my stay was awesome. You will have a good night sleep. Loved the room it was relaxing.
Cons (-) the indoor pool is not enjoyable. we have stayed here several times with the children and have not once enjoyed any relaxing time due to the very heavy smell of the chlorine. its unbearable and unhealthy as well to expose our family to this environment. we've are sad and dissapointed re: this situation. please help. someone should look into it and hopefully come up with a solution to enable famili...
