Pros (+) Amia was nice . She was the manager . She can be great but lacking training
Cons (-) The maid took all my things out the room and threw them in the dirty floor in the maid area and didn’t even tell from desk that there’s still stuff in room when she went to clean it . They had a mix up with front desk . My hundreds of dollars of clothes dirty and stained from some jelly substance.. I can keep going . Took my iPhone chargers
