The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay!
Cleanliness of the hotel room for sure.
The room was moldy the key never worked for the door there were crackheads outside of the hotel at night there was no hot water The room literally made me and my girlfriend sick but I guess when you buy a cheap hotel that’s what you get
I didn’t see a bedbug even though I expected to.
This place was terrible for several reasons. I’ll just list a few: 1. They don’t have a shuttle service to the airport, but they say they do on their website. 2. They charged $25 for leaving the hotel 20 minutes after checkout time. 3. It smelled weird. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

The hotel seems to have had some renovations, however, our room and the hotel in general wasn't very clean. Not a great area of town and it's right beside the train track! Woke us several times in the night! Hallways and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke.

The hotel is very old . It smells like a whole pack of cigarettes. I checked in around 4 am because I was traveling with my family .(husband,2 small kids) We checked in went up to our room and the sheets and pillow case were filthy! I called down stairs she apologized and said we could switch rooms. Guess what ? Those sheet and pillow cases were filthy as well . Long story we got our money back an...Read more
Bed and bathroom was clean also the staff members are very friendly and helpful for the most part.
Sirens up and down the road all night were a bit disturbing... Carpets in the room looked pretty gross and could definitely use some renovation
The staff wasn't too unfriendly.
It's located in a seedy section of North Charleston. Sirens ran most of the night , as well as the trains, and it was right by the highway, so you can constantly hear the cars fly by. At 1am the power went out and the heat finally drove me out of the hotel, back into my car, and a two hour trip home in the middle of the night, Not happy.

Had to go to lobby for a wi-fi signal, and the remote, even with good batteries, would operate the TV.
It was anything BUT grand! Even though we'd already paid for our stay, we left 10 minutes after our arrival and stayed elsewhere. The hotel smelled heavily of smoked. And we were concerned about the cleanliness of our room.
