Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for their needs, especially for short stays or work trips. The pool area and its view were also highlighted as positives, along with the comfort of the beds in several rooms. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, pests, and maintenance issues. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests noting helpful staff and others experiencing unresponsiveness or lack of housekeeping. Overall, while the location and amenities like the pool and beds were appreciated, cleanliness and some aspects of service detracted from the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
