Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The staff received consistent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness, with several guests mentioning specific team members by name. Cleanliness was also highlighted as a strong point, with many reviews describing rooms as very clean and well-maintained. However, noise from the surrounding area and street was a frequent complaint, especially for rooms facing busy streets or nightlife spots. Some guests also noted minor issues with amenities and value for price, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
