Disappointed in the surrounding area. Very low income housing just down the street. Did not feel we were in a safe area. Surprising considering the price paid per night. Hotel was okay, clean, but nothing special.

Cons (-) It was a worrisome location. The facility itself was quite worn out. Cigarette burns on the carpet. Very musty smell. Priced too high.

Pros (+) Relatively cheaper price but if I had to spend more than the 7hrs I was there, I would have opted to pay 10-20 more for a cleaner place.
Cons (-) Staff was the usual "I hate my job" attitude but checked me in in a timely fashion. I rented a non-smoking room but there was a faint smell of cigarettes right when I walked in. Cons (-) All towels were stained, bed sheets dirty as well as the shower. Smelled of cigarettes and there were spiders an bugs everywhere. Disgusting never again, wasted my money .. Almost bought another hotel.

Pros (+) The breakfast was small but it had a waffle maker, and they had HBO in the room.
Cons (-) Not enough outlets, the way they had the room setup with wall adapters and extension cords made it feel like a fire hazard. The alarm clock made a noise when the phone was next to it. The room smelled of stale smoke, and there was cigarette burns in the linen.
