Very old rooms, poor lighting, 0% soundproof. On the 3rd floor I could hear everything from the street as well as all other rooms...

The staff were very friendly. The room was lovely and clean. If you have a late flight, a room is provided where you can store your luggage until your departure. The reception desk is open 24hrs.

The property was in a really convenient location in Monte Gordo, it was very spacious and the balcony, irrespective of the rather uncomfortable chairs had a good sea view (we were on the 6th floor). ...

The only negative was the plug sockets on the right hand side of the sitting room (there were two) were not working at all which made it rather difficult to read in the evening.

Beds comfy ,rooms large, well equipped ,maids very good as were all the staff. near the great beach and cafes. Value for money.

Very large appartment

The WIFI signal is poor. There is no reception of WIFI within the appartment

Wifi quite good in our room. Cleaner very good every day. Hotel in a very convenient position close to the beach and shops.

TV in main room an old black & white one !!! No English channels. A better TV in bedroom but no English channels to watch so we didn't use either one. Needed a dustpan & brush to clean ...

Staff very friendly and helpful, great location relative to the beach. Good breakfast. All around good value.

the rooms were outdated, but I have to add they were cleaned daily and had all you needed. Aircon system wasn't the best! The breakfast needs a slight improvement such as fresh fruit and a toaster...

The breakfast was the only real disappointment. It was bland, basic and often the eggs, bacon, tinned sausages were very cold and over cooked it's a shame because it was a lovely clean hotel ...

The room was nice for a studio. The location was good for the beach...one street back. Bargain price we got (May)...otherwise not worth it.

--Breakfast was as cheap as could be--no real coffee (had some kind of coffee machine with bad coffee), only available eggs are hard boiled, no toaster, (just a warmer), no juice--just some pineapple ...

The room was very large, and the bathroom was enormous. It was a grea value for my 2 friends and I. It also was about a block away from the beach. Also the next morning we had a lovely breakfast with hard boiled eggs, bacon, cheese, and baguettes. Quaint, but nice!

Could not believe the size of apartments, fantastic for family or large groups and not living ontop of each other. Everything needed, high standard of cleanliness and perfect position.

Breakfast was fine but evening meals need upgrading.

the only thing i can say is that there is a lot of road noise from early morrning till late afternoon, maybe better glassing might help,but like all things it could be expensive to replace,pool sunbeds are a little dated and a lot are slightley damaged but usable,
