The public spaces (reception, sitting area, bar) are beautifully decorated in traditional style. The room I stayed in was spacious with antique furniture and excellent bathroom facilities - it did lack a bit in character. The staff were magnificent - friendly, informative, and managing every need. Ana was especially delightful to greet each morning. The location could not be better as it is within 5-10 minutes walk of the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Museums, and the Fashion District. The Metro is steps away. I could not have been more pleased with this choice.

Cons: Although I only saw two rooms, I do think they could make the decor more plush (i.e. see Principe di Savoia). I do undertand that some of their higher priced rooms fulfill that. The public spaces make up for it as they are very plush and elegant - I could just sit and relax in either the sitting room or the bar for hours.

Cons: I have requested to have quite room since I am staying for 2 weeks but I was given 4 th floor window in-front of the tram track to to noise if I open the window also I have asked weeks to keep both of our room near each other but they only gave us same floor The room was to hot when we open the window to noisy While I was staying they paint the walls of the 4th floor smell of paint all over the hotel and we were not informed Also the elevator is used by all even their stuff even the company who painted the walls, one day we got stuck in the elevator for 5 mins it was scary for my daughter Breakfast u have to wait for someone to bring u coffee or tea, food is the same for 2 weeks only they change cakes other then same I will never stay again in this hotel it’s expensive for the service they provide. When works will be done I guess we have the right to be informed Cleaning stuff will walk in while u are in the room to clean even they know u are inside, she was trying to open the door and she couldn’t then keep on knocking at the door, it’s disturbing. I don’t recommend it for long stay

Cons: It needs storage space—there is a closet but no dresser to put your things in. The mattress was very hard. We had a great stay despite these things and would stay here again.

Cons: It's a stretch to rate as 4 star. Location was great and it's certainly going for the luxury market. Poorly functioning shower in our room was a disappointment for the price. Worse was the service. It was not that our needs were not taken care of but more the manner (attitude) with which they were taken care of. We felt we got poor value for money. 2 stars.

Surprisingly, my request to provide me the invoice cost sort of an emotional problem for the receptionist - she started behaving like it is not her duty to do but my capricious ask, pointing out: "as per your request, I will prepare the bill". That made me laugh a lot. Is it an official policy of the 3* hotel not to provide bills and make guests wait for this 15 mins on the reception desk? My colleagues experienced the same issue, btw.

Pros: Location was great.
Cons: The single bed is super small. I am average for a male and it was small. Fridge very noisy. Sink drained very slow or not at all. Shower was dirty. Long black hairs... not mine for sure.

Pros: The only positive point in this hotel is Location. Its 3-4 min away from Milan main attraction and Metro station.
Cons: 1- Its not cheap I think you can pay a lil more to get best hotel/apartment. 2- The staff were confused during the process of check-in and told us "sometimes they are stupid" 3- In pictures, the Apartment looks so luxury but in reality, it's completely opposite. We booked a 1 bedroom flat with balcony (4th floor) but the balcony doors open in a corridor inside the hotel from anyone can see in your room easily means no privacy. 4- It was really hard to understand the map of our Apartment, at the entrance, there is a standing shower, the toilet is in another room, In bedroom, there was a big wardrobe when we open it we found a small kitchen inside. WOW 5- No place to hang your clothes or any wardrobe. 6- The heating was on full and our room was boiling even it was hard to breathe I went to reception and asked them how I can control heating they said it's automatic and you can't control. The whole night heating was on full and we opened our balcony doors to maintain temperature. 7- There is AC and remote in the room but not working 8- In advertising, they mention they have Netflix but you have to login your own ID to get access of Netflix 9- Bed and pillows were soo uncomfortable 10- They have lift for only 2 person and 180kg max weight limit In short, it was the worst experience of hotel in my life but thanks god it was only 1 night stay.

Pros: The environment was very cozy and it looked like the picture, perfect for a couple to stay in. The location is great, near Piazza Duomo, all the main attractions and many restaurants. The staff was also very nice.
Cons: The place wasn't perfectly clean and since it's a mid 1800 building it's not really soundproof you could easily hear everything going on on the outside. It could also use a little bit of maintenance.

Pros: Fantastic location, quirky
Cons: Noisy. There were lots of people partying, playing loud music, staying up late talking, laughing etc. The room I initially stayed in smelled of sewage. The management knew about this. The heating was also on full blast it was like a sauna - they couldn’t turn it down. I had to change room after first night.
