Pros (+) Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sandy in the breakfast room. The room was comfortable, we were especially grateful for the roomy (and functional) fridge and guest laundry facilities. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hot coffee and fresh cookies in the lobby are a nice touch for those arriving at the hotel. Makes one feel like you are coming home. Our family even made use of ...

Cons (-) There was mold in the fridge, the whole floor smelled musty. The front desk told us they could not give us a different room and they would pay for our stay but now it looks like I will have to call and argue to get the room money back from them!
