Hotel situated in 2 mins from Gran via. Perfect staff. The room was small but comfortable. Very nice shower. Hotel has automatic machine with snaks and beverages for low prices.

Just little noisy in room when other guest go to their rooms.

Rooms are clean and quiet, position is centrale and staff is frendly and helpful

Single room in a bit small, but it has everything you need to your stay.

I travelled all over Spain for 2 weeks in Sep 2010 and I must say that this hotel was the best one I stayed in! Everything was top quality in this hotel - the reception, the cleaniness, the funky design of the room, free internet, luggage storage, location - couldn't ask for more. I want to say a huge thanks to the reception guys - Christoph, Dimitrij and others. Their warm welcome and willingness to help with everything was such a big contrast to other rude, unhelpfull, spanish-only speaking hotel staff that I had to deal with in other hotels in Spain. I would recommend this hostal to everyone! As well as Madrid itself - it's a fabulous city.

The staff was very nice and helpful, availabe 24/7. The room was very clean. they cleaned it everyday, even when we left the room a little after the normal time. free wifi in the room.

The room could have been a bit bigger. there was just enough space to walk in either side of the bed, and a little more in front of it. made backing all the shopping a bit harder. than again, there's no need for a lot more space as we were out and about all day. about the location - it is, as people have said, a little dodgy, but really OK, we didn't feel unsafe or anything.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice, clean accommodations. Perfectly comfortable.
