The place was moderately clean. Asked three times for additional towels and never received them, only to be told there were no clean towels in the hotel. Pool was closed and we were told to drive down the street to their sister hotel to use theirs.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location and, in several cases, the quality of the breakfast. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including unclean rooms, dirty bathrooms, and lack of proper housekeeping. Service was also a frequent concern, with guests reporting unresponsive or unfriendly staff, problems with room assignments, and poor handling of requests. Some guests were dissatisfied with the room size, especially when expecting larger accommodations for multiple people. Despite these issues, a few guests enjoyed spacious rooms, pleasant staff, and good amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Staff. Cleanliness.
Cons (-) the weather :)
Cons (-) We should be offered the opportunity to stay in a hotel room that has not had pets in it. Some people are very sensitive to pet odors.
Pros (+) Restaurant service was excellent it was the worst room that I have ever stayed. In the past I had excellent rooms.
Cons (-) The room was the worst I have stayed. In the past the rooms were far better. Spending over $450 I could have stayed at the Far better rooms in LA
Pros (+) The valet staff were so pleasant to deal with. They always greeted us with a smile and weren't too busy to stop and chat for a little bit. Very helpful and always so happy to see us. We also had a plumbing issue. They sent a plumber up immediately, and unfortunately wasn't able to fix the problem, so the staff moved our bags to an upgraded floor with no hesitation and no inconvenience to us. Will ...
