The place was moderately clean. Asked three times for additional towels and never received them, only to be told there were no clean towels in the hotel. Pool was closed and we were told to drive down the street to their sister hotel to use theirs.

Cons (-) We should be offered the opportunity to stay in a hotel room that has not had pets in it. Some people are very sensitive to pet odors.

Pros (+) Restaurant service was excellent it was the worst room that I have ever stayed. In the past I had excellent rooms.

Pros (+) The valet staff were so pleasant to deal with. They always greeted us with a smile and weren't too busy to stop and chat for a little bit. Very helpful and always so happy to see us. We also had a plumbing issue. They sent a plumber up immediately, and unfortunately wasn't able to fix the problem, so the staff moved our bags to an upgraded floor with no hesitation and no inconvenience to us. Will ...
