Pros (+) Overall, the hotel was what we wanted...a place to sleep. For that, it suited us fine. It is in a great location nearest the West Brompton station of the main District Line. The beds and pillows were firm but were very comfortable for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered lots of advice and great information. They allowed us to keep our bags in their lobby until we could check...
Cons (-) The double room we had was a bit small, especially the bathroom. However, being that it was a place to sleep that was ok. The one major issue we had was that we only had hot water for a shower on our first night after running the water for a long time. All other days, it was ice cold even after running it for a while.
