Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to major attractions, public transport, shops, and restaurants. The service and staff received consistent acclaim for their friendliness, helpfulness, and welcoming attitude, with many guests mentioning personal recommendations and thoughtful gestures. Cleanliness was another standout, with rooms and common areas described as spotless and well-maintained. Several reviews also noted comfortable and spacious rooms. However, a recurring negative was the lack of an elevator, which caused inconvenience for some guests, especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Overall, guests found the hotel to offer great value and a pleasant stay, with positives far outweighing the negatives.
