I loved the hostel. The workers are so kind and willing to help. I think the pillows could have been better and fluffier since mine was a little flat.

Cons (-) I had to cancel the trip due to having to leave for USA due to the corona virus. This hostel refused to give me a refund and that is very unfair, bad business. They will only let me reschedule, but since I have to go back to USA, I cannot do so. This is what we call in America a "rip off" company. Penny wise but pound foolish. I will tell people in my program to avoid this hostel.

Pros (+) Loved the rooms. Loved central location and how it was next to the cais de sodre metro station. Staff were awesome and rooftop bar was even better! Great place to meet people for sure
