Fantastic and friendly staff. Always so helpful and show their desire to make sure your stay is wonderful. Truly one of the best hotels my wife and have ever stayed at throughout our many travels of the world. You will not be disappointed.

Pros (+) The Corpo Santo was superb in every way, but especially in the service and friendliness of every one of the staff, from the desk clerks to the wait staff to the housekeeping staff. There were so many extras that we did not anticipate, like getting a delicious nut tart or several cookies placed in our room while we were out for the day. It was wonderful to see how staff seemed to like one another a...

Cons (-) There is really nothing to criticize without being very picky. I might suggest more hand rails in the bathroom, especially in the shower for older clients. But nothing else even comes to mind.

Pros (+) The location was perfect! Walking distance to most points of interest, nightlife just steps away. The whole staff was on point and super helpful. Karen at the front desk was the best! She was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this hotel everyone.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful. They were available immediately at the slightest need for service. Restaurant was pf very good standard, bathroom was exceptional with changing light and music playing in bathtub area. Location was central with easy walk to restaurants and stores. Free wine, snacks, popcorn, and fruits added zest to the visit.

Cons (-) Probably a bigger and more stylish lobby can be something for the hotel to plan.
