Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location near the train station and city center, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many guests appreciate the hotel's charming atmosphere and comfortable rooms. However, a significant number of reviews mention the high noise level from nearby trams and traffic, especially in rooms facing the street, and the lack of air conditioning, which makes rooms uncomfortably warm in summer. Some guests also noted issues with amenities such as broken elevators and the absence of refrigerators in rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression is positive, particularly for short stays and for guests prioritizing location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
