Hugos was great as usual. Bartenders were great.
Truck was vandalized in valet parking. Security told us we were on our own to get our tires fixed. One security guard said we could go to Wal-Mart to buy a compressor to reinflate tires...really!? Toilet leaked. No ice machine on our floor. At one point unable to get into room.Downtown Las Vegas very loud!
I just like the location it was on Fremont Street
Our room was on the 7th floor right above the speakers for Fremont Street it was way too LOUD at night , there was no use in complaining about the NOISE because they know they'd have a problem that's why there was 2 sets of Earplugs in our bathroom
I loved the location it was right ob fremont street.
the ac was on even when we turned the heater on it was so cold the whole time.
Location was great, right in the middle of the fremont street, easy to get to, room was nice
there was a scheduled power outage the evening we were there, from 12am to 8?am(we had to leave before it was back on)., right before power went out there was a very loud intercom announcement letting us know it would be going out, it was very jarring, i know they couldn't do anything about the outage, but some kind of room discount or casino credit would have been nice
free under cover parking. room service was delicious and quick, not too expensive. No resort fee. Staff was friendly
NOISE...our room on 14th floor and it sounded like the band/outdoor activity was right in our room!!!! When we tried to change rooms, we were given ear plugs!! The beds are terrible, very soft and bowed. VERY little, if any security on guest floors. Ice machines every other floor. Pool was across the street on top of a different hotel.
