Pros (+) The room was updated, very comfortable, inside 2nd floor facing pool. Much better than outside rooms, quieter on the inside. The staff is very supportive. Bette, is an amazing woman who works in the restaurant, over 70 works like a maniac. Gotta love that spirit! Thank you all.
Pros (+) The person that checked me in at the front desk was professional and friendly. The room rate was unbeatable. I asked for a specific type of room and she accommodated me without a problem. Cons (-) Bathroom was a bit small and shower height is for someone under 5'5" tall... I am 6' and had to point shower head at ceiling to wash hair. Anyone with a back problem would have been out of luck. Hotel allows smoking on property... Not a plus. Though the inn does require no smoking in the room, saw many people smoking in the doorway. Cons (-) The room was hot, it never got below 75. One of the beds made so much noise anytime you moved, it made it hard to sleep. The staff that takes care of the pool (an older man) was extremely rude when my niece ACCIDENTALLY pooped in her pants.
