Cons (-) We were switched between 4 rooms before leaving to go to another hotel in the area. The first room had people in it sleeping when we entered. The second room had burned out light bulbs. The third room had not shower curtain. The fourth room had something that looked like mud covering the bed skirt and a large yellow stain on the comforter. Pros (+) The hotel provided a nice and comfortable place to sleep for the night. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Just a 10 min walk to the heart of downtown kalamazoo! Would stay here again!
