Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff, especially in the restaurant and at the front desk. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and dated or worn-out furniture. Parking was also a common source of frustration, with complaints about fees, limited spaces, and unhelpful valet staff. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and there were several mentions of noisy or malfunctioning air conditioning units. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with staff and the hotel's proximity to local attractions stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
