Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had a negative experience, citing poor cleanliness, unhelpful service, and maintenance issues such as dirty rooms, stained linens, and broken amenities. Several reviews mentioned excessive charges and lack of transparency regarding fees. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near local attractions and found the beds comfortable. Some also noted friendly staff and a good value for the price, but these positives were outweighed by the recurring complaints about cleanliness and service.

Pros (+) Location was the only good quality of this place. Everything else was not good. For $110 per night, this was a total ripoff. IMO, this should be $40/night.
Cons (-) Smelly Humid Dated Crappy Breakfast Some kind of previous bug problem (but it appeared fixed when I stayed there, but there were hills of dead bugs on the sidewalk, clear signs of some sort of previous infestation.

Cons (-) Facility was well below Comfort Inn standards. Believe that it was a property purchased from another operator and not upgraded as it should have been. Two story with no elevator; the stairwell to the second floor was filthy, at best. Hallways were run down and carpeting needed a good cleaning. Room was quite small and bed was double size which seemed small compared to the queen-size that we are ac...
