Pros (+) Nice clean bathroom. Roomy and good tables for working with a computer. Kitchen if you need it.
Cons (-) The AC blows along the side of the bed and the bed has a single thick comforter. When the AC cycled off you get too hot with the comforter so you kick it off. When it cycles on you freeze. This goes on all night long. There was doggie food on the couch and the room smelled mildewy. Carpet and furniture needs cleaning.
