Pros (+) The bed in comfortable and the rooms well appointed. Great bathroom and room to move in the rooms. Walking distance to everything you want to see and do in Edinburgh.
Cons (-) Street light shining directly and brightly all nigh ling into room 32. Avoid it and you will have a great stay.

Pros (+) Warm atmosphere; well appointed; attentive and accommodating staff; superb location as it just off from hustle and bustle of city centre yet fantastically accessible to Haymarket train station including easy access to tram serving airport travelers.
