It was clean and the food in the restaurant was surprisingly really good.
Really slow service, and unknowledgable staff on what I imagine really basic things like can I have a receipt.
Close to the office park
Reception is understaffed, resulting in long queues. No air conditioning or ventilation in the rooms.
Upon arrival I was informed by the 3 people behind the desk that there was no check ins until 2pm. I returned after 2pm to check in and queued for almost 30 minutes whilst one member of staff checked the queue of people in. Several members of staff walked back and forth behind the desk but appeared to not be working or helping serve people. After deciding to eat in the restaurant on the first evening, the service was incredibly slow, it took half an hour to get our drinks and once they arrived we were told there wasnt enough wine glasses available for the whole table to have a glass. When the food eventually arrived it was very good but the atmosphere was quite the opposite and we sat through the phone ringing endlessly without being answered. The second evening we ate in the bar, I ordered a medium rare steak with chips, the steak was overcooked and the 4 chips were not cooked at all and as such weren't edible. One of the other group members ordered a main course and was served a starter portion. A shame considering the price.
check in took forever and checking out took even longer - with one receptionist - who walked away!!! this needs to improve - it took at least 25 minutes of waiting to get to check in - not enough staff on duty!!!
