Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews reveal significant concerns about cleanliness, with many mentioning pests, poor hygiene, and unclean rooms. Service is also criticized, with reports of rude staff, slow response, and poor handling of bookings and refunds. However, the hotel's location receives praise for its proximity to public transport and local attractions. Room size and atmosphere receive mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating spaciousness and others disturbed by noise or outdated facilities. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in cleanliness and service are urgently needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
