CHECK CLOSING TIME! We booked the car for a 2pm pick-up, and this Enterprise closed at 2pm so I'm not sure why that was even an option. I was Ubering from Provo to get this Enterprise with 5 kids in tow. We arrived a few minutes late, and there was nobody there. Which meant we were stranded, and needed to get back to Boise that day. Ended up having to dish out more than $500 to get a car and get back to Boise. Yes, we should have been on time to our pick-up, unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow it. But again, I'm not sure why they would allow us to set a 2pm pick-up if they were closing at 2pm. Maybe this is a KAYAK problem.

Staff were friendly. Car was great. Good value. Easy pickup and drop off. The only thing we had difficulty with was trying to see if we could change drop-off locations. We could not get in touch with anyone directly, other than a calling service who only was able to leave a message. We never did hear back on that, but it all worked out anyway.

Convenient location, great car, very clean. Pick up can be more smooth. Not sure why it took so long to enter my details in the computer (since I already entered them online). Took 15 minutes to get my drivers license registered, fill out forms, texting on cellphone, scanning QR codes. Not sure what was happening since i already had a reservation and filled out my details online, but took way too long. Anyway. I am thankful and appreciative of the service. Drop off at the airport was excellent.

You said they were renting me a Tesla. They never had or will have a Tesla at that location for rental. They provided me the least expensive car they had after waiting for a return. Bait and Switch. I paid for gas for no reason, I ordered electric. They blame you, you blame them. I want a full refund. I DID NOT RECEIVE TESLA YOU RENTED ME AND CHARGED ME.

Excellent service. Would not recommend renting EVs in general unless you have a dedicated place to charge. If you’re renting a vehicle for vacation I’d strongly recommend using a gas powered vehicle. Service at Hertz was amazing!

I rented a car, prepaid and made the check in, all ready for just pick up and go, but when I arrived to the office, they told me that I had my license banned/blocked for a non-payment in a past claim damage, when supposedly was paid for my insurance company. I was hurry for get the car, so I didn't have time for ask to my insurance company what happened. It took me a couple hours even pay, because nobody knows why I was banned.

I attempted to rent a car using Kayak. Pick up was scheduled for 3pm. I received a call from budget at 1pm stating that they were overbooked and that they may have a car at 6pm. While inconvenient, I agreed to pick up at 6 instead of 3. I ask if they would definitely have a car by 6 if I waited m, he said no, not a guarantee since they were overbooked. I ended up cancelling

One person at the counter working. Stood in line 2 hours , still never got service .. over 20 ppl still in front of me after 2hrs. I ended up abandoning my reservation went with another company .
