Location, location, location. Hotel has that going for it. But I had once of the most tired, dirty, cold room in decades of business travel. I was in a room at the end of the hall, 602, if I recall. The heat didn't seem to work. Both the sink and the toilet were cracked and in general the rooms and halls were shabby. Yet, the hotel was quiet. Common space was clean and more up to date.

Pros (+) The elevator appears to be going through an upgrade but the hotel needs a complete upgrade besides the The room , the room was really nice, clean and quiet. I felt the hotel was rather expensive though. Forgot my daughters phone in the room when we left and it was still there when we got back. Excellent staff, very friendly and honest.
Cons (-) The walls walking to our door were scuffed badly really needs new wallpaper or a paint job.
