Staff did not clean room/change sheets. $48 parking was unreasonable.

Everything was great!
The location was perfect. The staff was helpful and courteous. Recommend this place for location and a good place to stay.
Pros (+) Location was great.
Cons (-) Construction on the hotel prevented sleeping past 630. It also made working from the room impossible. Housekeeping ignored the privacy please tag on the door both days i stayed there. The wifi in my room was unusable.
Pros (+) 24 Hour check-in was great. Staff was super friendly. Cold AC! Milk and cookies at night.
Cons (-) Parking was expensive and a surprise valet-only option. The bed was not the most comfortable.
Pros (+) -free breakfast, location, free wifi, and beautiful building with an excellent view. Manager Gina (spelling?) was very sweet and helpful

The room we got next was a disaster. Stains on the couches, dirty carpets, chair that was breaking, and fraying towels. The MOD came up to the room, looked at everything, apologized and moved us to yet another room. ...
