Cons (-) 1) The elevator was not working. 2) A “customer” was talking to two “gentlemen” outside hotel entrance, and came in behind me. When I went to go up the stairs to our room, since elevator was not working, I watched her let the two “gentlemen” in the door which is located next to the stairwell. Pros (+) Nothing. Had to cancel reservation after they required a deposit!!!!! Would not allow me to pay over the phone, had paid for family members to stay there.

Pros (+) Large room with lots of space. Central location. Beds very comfortable. Despite location near busy freeways, the room was quiet.
Cons (-) North entry door did not allow access. Staff re-keyed our entry cards once, but it never was addressed or functioned properly. Elevator slow and not very responsive.

Pros (+) The location was good as far as the places we were going to see, easy access to the freeway. The room was big and plenty comfortable. My youngest son really liked the pool and the hot tub.
Cons (-) Hallway smelt of fresh paint was a bit strong. The neighborhood around the hotel was a bit rough. Found a spent bullet in the parking lot. It shares a parking lot with a motel 6. And there are literally four hotels all neighboring each other. On the last morning before we left I got out of the shower and a rather large cockroach was crawling in the vent.
