Pros (+) They offered breakfast and the price matches the facilities.
Pros (+) It was super late when I checked in. The door was locked, but through a window, the front desk woman met me with a smile, took my information, and wished me well while reminding me to walk carefully over the ice/snow. Very personable, professional, and efficient.
Cons (-) The TV remote; however, I don't fault them. I know some idiot out there in the "ether" stole the original remote. So lame...
Pros (+) Hot shower, was perfect. Room was freezing when we arrived but warmed up quickly, TV worked great, so did the fridge and microwave. Ya, it is older and looks like whitewash was used as paint, but it was better than having to sleep in my truck. I slept well, I will stay here again when I travel that way. It was in my budget. Cons (-) The breakfast is from 7 to 9 but we had to leave at 6, so we didn't get, but for travelers that leave early, it would be nice to have it earlier, but that is okay. Can tell it used to be a smoking room, the bathroom had the drips of old smoke and no fan in the bathroom for when showering. The smoke alarm had no cover or battery, which could be a hazard. There was no light outside my door, if my family had been with me, we would have kept driving. The room was clean, but well worn.
