Cons: Prepaid order was canceled by the rental and and a new agreement setup at the location. Not only was this more expensive, they put an additional $200 hold on my debit card. When we noticed, we called Hertz customer care. They didn't know how to address the issue and we were hung up on multiple times. When we called the location there was no answer. Kind of ruined our tightly budgeted vacation. I'll never use Hertz again.
