Pros (+) Located in good location in uptown Charlotte.
Cons (-) Room is outdated for a category 5 hotel. The toilet barely worked. They didn’t clean my room while I was out and about. Getting someone to answer the phone for services was 50/50. Not impressed at all.

Pros (+) An outstanding property with courteous staff.
Cons (-) The signs for the conference rooms were inadequate. It took me 20 minutes to locate the room I was supposed to go to because it was on the 3rd floor and no where was this displayed - not in the elevators, not in the halls, not in the lobby.

Pros (+) Great location to the venues we attended. Staff was nice and accommodating despite the enormous number of people that stayed at the hotel as a result of an international soccer match.
Cons (-) The fact that they charged my cc with $50 for two nights when we stayed one night only and did not incur any incidentals.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly, always offered assistance, great place to take your family and dog, great location in Greenville within walking distance to many restaurants and places to do something fun, we recommend this place highly and planning on returning soon!
