Pros: The hotel was very clean and the pool area nice. The breakfast was ok for the price, and some of the hotel personnel very helpful.

Cons: the sheets were dirty, and they were doing some construction work in the hotel since very early in the morning making a lot of disturbing noices and not allowing to rest at all.

Pros: I left my phone in the room when checking out. 4 days later I was back in cancun an popped back to see if they had it. They did! So I was impressed with their honesty a they could have easily said they did not find it! 5 star for that!

Cons: Room was smelling a bit of damp, it was better after opening the window and putting the air con on
