The location Staff showed no motivation to bring solutions (we had reserved 2 double rooms through booking.com and the evening we arrived only one room was available; we had to split to sleep at our friends' house) and didn't make any commercial effort for the mistake they had made! The breakfast was poor and they only had juice made of powder!), and the waiter didn't tell us we could have eggs, we only realized it at the end

Nice hotel at the perfect location in Brasov. Nice spacious rooms. No elevator but there are only 3 floors. You can park your car in the street and receive a permission lebel from the hotel at no extra cost.

Location is very heart of old city. Smell was coming from pipe in bath room. Closing the door is strongly recommended. Hotel has WiFi, but it's depending on room location. Our room never caught signal. Breakfast can be improved. If you have heavy luggage, you must train your muscle due to stair.

I stay in hotels in a lot and for the price I expected less. The standard was excellent and the location brilliant for the area. We then travelled arounf Romania and paid 3 x the price for hotels on the coast and they were not up to the standard of the Hotel Gott. I would aslo recomment the restaurant across the street ( the one with the conservatory- It deserves a Michelin Star ) !

_central location _kind stuff 1.customer servise: we have been changed room without notice. we had reserved a junior suit with sofa and there we got a large double with two armchairs, without discound in price._2. room facilities: we had reserved a suite for three people and we were for one shower cup for three, and one small paper toilet every day, we had every evening to ask for more. they also need to have a small waterboiler in room so that you dont have to go out just for a cup of tea in winter. _

The placement is excelent. Breakfast is in a restaurant outside, which is very nice. Rooms very little but enough No lift, but staff helped us with the suitcases
