There was no heat in the room (or as the bellman said - the entire hotel)! After three days, they finally delivered a portable heater. The shower and sink designs are the worst I have ever encountered in 50 years of hotel experience:

Pros (+) The staff was very helpful with the entire check in and check out process. Our flight was changed so that required a late check out which was no problem. The bell hop and shuttle service were excellent.
Cons (-) Nothing I "didn't like" but just wish they had better option for the included breakfast.
