Pros (+) The breakfast is awesome ! Location is close to grocery store & bakery (3 minutes walking). Wi-Fi is most of the time fast enough for Skype. Parking at the hotel is free and there is more available just around the corner at the soccer stadium (1 minute walk).
Cons (-) No A/C in the rooms might be a problem on hot summer days when you have a room that faces the (busy) street (when you open your windows you WILL wake up early in the morning !). Parking directly at the hotel is limited. None of that was a "dealbreaker" for me, - will stay there definitely again !
