Locker facilities and the location were good.
It was so strange to make the guests to wait too much time at the reception! (even just to borrow a hair-dryer). It is a system fault not a fault for reception guys! It is a huge hostel but there is just one guy at reception. It is unacceptable. Management have to consider human traffic. Also here does not have a hostel soul, it was much more like a hotel.

I think that this hostel is fine, clean and people working there are friendly and they also are good at what they do. I was sutisfied with living conditions and breakfast. The choice for this hostel was a good decition.
