Great location and room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for an excellent place to stay in Berlin that is close to the center and affordable.
There was a bit of confusion about the parking situation at the front desk. I paid for the parking and was told to get a pass from the front desk when I was leaving. WHen I went to the front desk they said I didnt need one. When I tried to drive out it wouldnt allow me. So I had to reverse down the ramp, get out, go back to the lobby, and then speak with them about this. I was a little annoyed but it didnt impact how I felt about the hotel.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable
The breakfast was not well organized. I understand you got to adept to current covid measures but serving a person that doesn’t eat meat 6 days in a row a meat platter (also by the same people) is annoying. In general the quality of the breakfast was poor compared to the buffet. That pre mixed orange juice hurt my teeth ;). People at the desk seemed very stressed all the time. They were clearly suffering. And it’s ok, but not thanking me after I pay more than 500 euro or even say goodbye is also a bit weird to me.
Very comfortable. The room was space efficient. The shower was nice. Really really nice decor!
It was not that clean. The blankets looked as if it had been through many washes. There was also a hole in our blanket. The bathroom had strands of hair. There was also a random lipstick mark by the tv.
Staff and location and good value
I found the room good but not very clean..but i have high standards..
room was to small, breakfast at least in the first day the service was horrible, location is not good.
The thing that they add to my bill the parking, at least in booking.com is not saying that the user needs to pay the parking place. In other countries, the parking is a service for the guests.
