Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciate the proximity to public transport and city attractions. However, small room sizes and issues with noise, especially from nearby construction and busy streets, are common complaints. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and others noting issues. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and service, though improvements in room size and noise insulation would enhance the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
