Great food,great staff .all round lovely hotel. Very helpful reception staff. We had a late checkout and we're able to use the spa shower at no extra cost. Only failure was no kettle for making coffee or tea. Come on best benalmandena. Get up to date with this.
Entertainment at night was a bit boring with the exception of one night.

-The meals were great. Lots of selection and themed food nights ; spanish, Asian, ethnic etc. They would have music and decorations to match that theme. - Any room cleaning staff that we met were lovely. The rooms were always left very clean. - Lovely sea view from room. - Juanmi at the bar was the nicest staff member we met. Super pleasant and efficient. I hope his employers recognise what an asset he is to them. Maybe he could teach Francisco
- It is advertised as beach front but I'd say sea front is more apt. - we enjoyed the hotel but it would not be a 4 star. Maybe 3. - we had a tiny baby with us but were positioned above a noisy bar and had no kettle in the room to make baby bottle etc. A kettle could be rented at cost and with a deposit. When paying all inclusive I think rooms should have some more facilities ; kettle,iron etc - the lifts take forevvvvvver! As we had a baby in a pram we hadn't the option to take the stairs. To get to breakfast/dinner etc we would have to take a lift to reception level, then a different lift to the restaurant level. Each of these lifts at times took approx 15mins. Anyone with a newborn will understand the frustration at standing around for close to 30minutes just to get your crying baby back to your room!
