Pros (+) I was positively impressed by the staff at this hotel and how welcoming and warm they are. The hotel is perfect for the price we paid and it has a pretty good location. Although not central, it is very close to Sants Estacio which connects you to all the lines and to the center in a matter of 15 minutes. Cons (-) The restaurant and their offerings are not great. There were some hidden phone fees - we were almost sure that local calls would be free as they are everywhere in the world but we were charged for them although there is no mention of charges for these calls anywhere in the room.
