Guests frequently criticize the hotel for poor service, especially at the reception, and for the unfriendly or rude staff. The breakfast is commonly described as disappointing, with limited options and poor taste. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms while others mention pests or insufficient amenities. The location is generally appreciated, especially for its proximity to Indian restaurants and convenience stores.
