Pros (+) Friendly staff and good location. Cheap for the area.
Cons (-) Rooms are tired and dirty—they need a fresh coat of paint & new wallpaper (visibly stained). The bathrooms are really dirty with plenty of black mould on the grouting around the shower. Some of the electrics didn’t work. It feels like the owner doesn’t spend much/anything on room upkeep or maintenance.

Cons (-) Rooms were filthy, Windows didn't function correctly (they wouldn't stay open), glassware in the bar downstairs was dirty, and to top it off, we were taking a taxi to pattaya and then to the airport. The lady at the front desk quoted us a good rate for both rides together through her "Mr. Maha" taxi service. Mr Maha never showed for the second leg of the trip even after calling and confirming the ...
