Cons (-) They didn’t have my reservation and tried not to honor it Just laughed in my face and then finally offered me an out of order room Dirty in very poor condition Asked me to pay for room again as they could not find the reservation even when I showed them the confirmation Never in my life been treated so badly Do not waste your money on this poorly run hotel
